Hannah’s passion is supporting those with neurodiverse traits. Whether you have a diagnosis of Autism/ADHD/etc. or just feel a little “out of step” with the world around you, Hannah is here to help.

In working with Hannah, you won’t find a stiff or reserved environment. She approaches therapy with a sense of authenticity, humor, and the knowledge that none of us can navigate this wild world alone. Hannah enjoys getting creative in providing a unique, personal experience for each one of her clients. She loves the process of coming together with her clients to figure out how they can understand and utilize their strengths in order to live a more connected, peaceful, and joyful life.

In order to help her clients achieve their goals, Hannah teaches concrete coping skills, examines relationship dynamics and attachment styles, processes trauma, and takes a pragmatic based, actionable approach. Her favorite therapeutic modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Each one of us are faced with challenging situations and choices in life, but if we can get clear about our values and use them to guide our decisions, we’re able to roll with the hurdles instead of being held up by them. Hannah loves guiding her clients through the process of assessing and establishing their values so they can live a values-based life.

In Hannah’s time outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the deserts of Utah, spending time with her husband and pets, and getting creative by painting, woodworking, and messing around in her garden.
