Bryan’s approach to therapy is deeply collaborative, intensive and dynamic.  He will work closely with you to get to the heart of the impasse that you're experiencing, no matter how debilitating or serious it may be.  He will also help you to develop the awareness, the confidence and the tools to not only move forward, but to unlock a whole new realm of possibilities for yourself and those you love.  With over two decades of experience in working with individuals and families in crisis, what Bryan is often told is that he is direct and honest in a way that is refreshing, while unwavering and unrelenting in his compassion and care.

Bryan works with adults, adolescents, couples and family systems.  His expertise in treating even the most complex and volatile of individual circumstances and family dynamics is robust.  Areas of extensive experience include relationship conflict, addiction, codependency, grief and loss, attachment, emotional instability, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and the gamut of learning differences.  He believes strongly that shame reduction, identity formation, boundary setting, personal accountability and letting go of resentments are all central to one’s therapeutic process.

A message from Bryan:  I am committed to and passionate about working with all individuals, no matter who you are or how you identify in this complex world.  With extensive training and experience across disciplines and modalities, my practice is quite fluid and multidisciplinary. It is not one size fits all. We will work together to determine what works best for you!
